BEC Engineering, L.P.
Since its inception in 2002, BEC Engineering, L.P. has been a valuable partner in the engineering industry. BEC specialized in foundation design, structural design, foundation repair plans, site drainage plans, conveyance and mitigation plans, property condition assessments, building evaluation and site assessment services for both residential and commercial property. BEC Engineering was recognized as Houston’s Best of Business in 2009 by The Small Business Commerce Association.
Lin Engineering
Lin Engineering has been a trusted name in the engineering industry for over 30 years. In the private sector, Lin Engineering provided civil turn-key consulting services to local real estate development companies from land acquisition, civil due-diligence, topographical surveys, subdivision platting, civil engineering design, construction staking and inspection to land title surveys for loan closing. In the public sector, Lin Engineering provided civil design and construction management for roadway widening, storm sewer and drainage, water and waste-water, relief sewer and sewage pump stations.
Tan Associates
Tan Associates, Inc. is a Texas registered structural engineering corporation that provided services to both public and private sectors since its inception in 1983. The services covered all phases of structural engineering including cost-effective studies and selection of optimum structural systems in the preliminary design phase; production of engineering calculations and working drawings in the construction document phase; as well as provided onsite observations and reviewing submittals throughout the construction phase.
TSG Consultants
TSG Consultants and TSG Services, specialized in providing residential and light commercial structural engineering services since 1993. TSG’s services included foundation and framing design, inspection services during all phases of construction as well as structural design of commercial projects. TSG predominately serviced customers in the Houston, Texas area, but is also registered and practiced in 7 states, 3 of which are an addition to Bec-Lin’s already notable resume. The acquisition of TSG Consultants in February of 2012 expanded the total number of states that Bec-Lin is registered to perform engineering services in to 11.

Since its inception in 1994, Tri-Tech Surveying Company, L.P. has become a trusted partner in the Texas real estate industry. Tri-Tech provides professional land surveying services, including due diligence, acquisition, topography, right-of-way, consulting, commercial and all types of land boundary surveys, to developers, builders, lenders and government. Global Surveyors, Inc, specializes in providing land surveying services for environmental, oil and gas companies, individuals and lenders. Services include land, boundary, topographic, route surveys, mapping, oil/gas and monitor well locations.
All of our affiliated companies are conveniently headquartered at the same office located at 10401 Westoffice Drive, Houston, Texas. We are present in four locations throughout Texas: Houston, Lufkin, Austin and Kerrville, which provides us the capability to service the entire state and many surrounding areas.
